Our hosting provider also records standard technical data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

What we do not do

We do not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing lists.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, to discuss a possible project with you, and to run and protect this website. Anything you tell us about a project is treated as confidential.

Who handles it for us

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: website hosting, the contact form service and our email provider. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We disclose information to others only if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them and for our business records, then deleted.

International visitors

Hardline27 LLC is a US company, and part of our team works in Europe. Your information may be handled in the United States and in Europe.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to info@hardline27.com. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, local law may give you further rights. We will honor those requests.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date.
